- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- oil to fry
- 1/2 bowl fresh curd (whisked)
- 3-4 tsp Sweet tamarind chutney
- 3-4 tsp green chutney
- 1-2 tsp Chat masala

- Take a bowl add all the ingredients of batter. Mix it well. Add water in it and make a lump free little thick but pouring batter.
- In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients of stuffing. Mix it well.
- Take one piece bread. Spread stuffing over it. Cover it with another bread piece. Press it.
- Heat oil in a wok. Dip stuffed bread in batter and deep fry on medium heat till it becomes crispy and golden brown from both sides. Fry all the bread pakora.
- Take a serving plate. Place bread pakora. Cut it into pieces. Add curd, both the chatnis on top. Sprinkle chat masala.
