  2. Boiled peel and mash potato. Heat oil in a pan crackle mustard seeds cumin seeds add asafoetida chopped green chilli and finely chopped onion Saute. Now add potatoes red chilli powder, dry mango powder, salt, turmeric powder, sesame seeds mix well. Saute on a mid. Flame. Lastly, add garam masala and mint leaves. Add 2-3tbsp.water and Cook for 5min. Stuffing is ready.
